Where would a girl be without her bag? Its very common to see a man without some sort of bag, although the “man bag” is very popular these days, but a girl without a bag just looks wrong, almost empty. After all, where would she keep her purse, her phone, & all the other essentials of the day?
This image was made near the Castle of Balintore in Scotland, it had been a beautiful day with lots of blue sky, but as we neared the castle the cloud rolled in, but hopefully it has given atmosphere to the image.
I like the way the colours of Veronika’s backpack complement the castle door & brickwork in this photograph. Balthayock Castle (or Tower) was built in the late 14th century & is said to have links to the Knights Templars.
A girl, a bag and a graffiti covered wall in the town of Anklam in the East of Germany near the Baltic coast. Heike was the perfect model, never complained & always knew how to look at the camera.
This is a collection of my work while travelling through the Czech Republic. Such an interesting country & with many friends here I plan to return as much as I can, so please keep coming back to this page for updated content.

Egypt has one of the longest histories of any country & probably more iconic monuments too. A trip there is never long enough to see it all. I travelled to Luxor for easy access to the Luxor and Karnak temples and only a short trip over the Nile to the Valley of the Kings & Hatshepsuts Temple.
